Solenopsis fugax / thief ant

Solenopsis fugax also called as thief ant, because they live next to other (bigger) ant species nest. Their tunnels goes into the host ant’s chambers, so they can feed the host ants eggs, larvae, and food reserves.  The bigger ant species can’t attack them because they are too small and fast to catch.
